Helping Organisations Stop Losing Contract Value
For 20+ years, I’ve been asking one question: why do good contracts produce bad outcomes? The answer is simpler than you’d think. Organisations focus all their energy on getting to signature, then forget about performance management. I help leadership teams understand where value leaks (usually 8 to 15% annually), why accountability breaks down, and how to fix it. My expertise comes from negotiating over £100 million in technology contracts, researching AI governance, and building Consolidocs to solve the exact problem I lived with for two decades. I work with legal, procurement, and commercial teams who are tired of watching negotiated value disappear.
What I Bring
My approach to contract performance comes from an unusual combination of experiences:
Legal Depth: 20+ years in technology law gives me credibility with legal teams who need to know solutions are sound.
Operational Understanding: I’ve managed major vendor relationships and contract portfolios, so I understand procurement and commercial perspectives, not just legal ones.
Technical Knowledge: My LLM research on AI and work building an AI-native product means I understand how the technology actually works, beyond the marketing claims.
Founder Experience: Building Consolidocs gives me real-time insight into what works in practice. I’m solving these problems daily with enterprise customers.
Clear Communication: I translate complex topics into accessible frameworks. Legal teams, executives, procurement professionals, and technical leaders all find value in my presentations because I speak everyone’s language.
What makes this combination rare is that most contract experts come from pure legal backgrounds. Most AI experts don’t understand legal compliance. Most speakers haven’t built the solutions they describe. I bring all of it together, and I’m willing to be honest about what’s hard, not just what’s possible.

“Isn’t it too late?” they ask, with varying degrees of tact.
The honest answer is no. The fuller answer is more nuanced, more interesting, and probably more useful if you’re wondering whether you’ve missed your window.
A 70 Hour Journey into Chaos
I opened the first file. Framework Agreement, dated seven years ago. Then the amendments started. Amendment 1, Amendment 2… I kept scrolling. Amendment 15, Amendment 23, Amendment 38, Amendment 61.
Sixty-one amendments.
The 472-Page Statement of Work That Changed Everything
Everyone talks about post-signature contract management like it's a thing we all understand. We nod knowingly in meetings. We add it to project plans. We create roles with 'contract management' in the title. But what does it actually mean? Let me tell you a story...
